Far infrared light can provide many of the benefits the sun, without the risks. Far infrared heat penetrates more deeply into our skin – reaching into our muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and surrounding tissue, and can assist with relaxation and healing.
Perspiration is our body’s way of controlling our temperature, when we get hot our heart rate increases, which in turn releases happy hormones aka endorphins, that make us feel good.
When we perspire, it opens our pores which allows for all the dirt, oil, bacteria and debris in them to escape, leaving us with clearer, more radiant skin.
The 1 to 2 Person Sauna comes fully equipped with an intuitive control panel that allows you to set the sauna to your perfect temperature.
It also offers a variety of additional functionalities from Bluetooth connectivity to setting your sauna’s timer, allowing you to program your perfect sauna experience, every time.
Wellness Saunas ship anywhere within Australia and each of our saunas come with comprehensive instructions making them easy to assemble. Their portability also means they can move if you do.
The sauna’s heating rate depends on various factors, such as the initial temperature, and can vary with time. Heat loss due to poor sauna placement can slow down the heating process. So the proper sauna location is critical when designing or installing it.
When your sauna is turned on, the temperature should increase by approximately 1°C per minute during the first 20 minutes, 2°C per minute during the second interval, and 3°C per minute during the third.
Ideally, the sauna temperature range should be maintained between 45°C to 55°C for optimal comfort and relaxation while minimising overheating risk.
Wellness Sauna’s Infrared Saunas produce the same infrared heat produced by the sun. The radiant heat from our Infrared Saunas surrounds you, penetrating deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues, which can assist in increasing oxygen flow and circulation.
