Just Spas Newcastle offers Disclosed Manufacturer’s Warranties against manufacturers defects on all products unless exceeded by the manufacturer’s warranty. A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim. We may offer service calls if deemed required or we may request that you send the item back to us by following our Returning a Product process. Once a Customer Service Representative has deemed the item faulty, either a warranty repair call will be actioned or in exceptional circumstances, a refund or partial refund may be issued in accordance with our returns and refund policies.
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Just Spas Newcastle’s nominated delivery company. In the case you authorize for the goods to be left at your specified address and your order will have been taken to be delivered as if they had been signed for.
