We’ll talk you through access before the truck leaves Gateshead.
If a crane lift is needed (it’s rare but happens on some properties), we’ll coordinate it and give you a straight answer on cost.
Electrical connection is handled by a licensed electrician, either yours or someone we can recommend locally. We’ll have the spa placed, levelled, commissioned and running the same day in most cases.
